After nearly 2 years of being postponed due to Covid – 19 pandemic, in the early summer of June 2022, 4 day – 3 night tour in Quang Binh Province was held with excitement and anticipation of all members. In this trip, members of An Nghiep factory also participated, creating a connection and consolidation for two companies.
Coming to Quang Binh, Eratech members were attracted by the wild, unique, beautiful of nature in this place. All around here is covered with a green color: the green of majestic mountains, the green of endless fields and especially the green of beautiful and wild beaches. And of course, we were completely overwhelmed by magnificent and majestic beauty of the huge caves with all shapes of stalactites and large rocks.
In here, everyone had great relaxing moments, enjoyed local specialties and visited many interesting tourist destinations such as Paradise Cave, Phong Nha Cave… In addition, in Chay Lap Farmstay, we also participated in a lot of activities together like football, kayaking…
An indispensable point of every vacation is Teambuilding. This program was held at Ozon Park with many joyful and meaningful games, linking teamwork spirit into a unified collective and bringing crunchy laughs.
Although we are very united, when divided into different teams, each members took part in competition with extremely high fighting spirit.
In the end of Teambuilding program, 4 leaders of 4 teams together lit Eratech fire, symbolizing for “Burning enthusiasm – Burning passion” of whole company, hoping that this fire will always burn and shine in hearts of each member.
The Gala Dinner with the theme “Night of convergence – Jubilant bonding” took place warmly and meaningfully with a BBQ party, cultural exchange programs, minigames…
Children of Eratech played very well to receive gifts!!!
The Teambuilding award ceremony took place excitedly with a total prize value is up to 20 million dong. The champion is Red team – Huda with the results surprising everyone. The runner up called Orange team – Top, this team is both overwhelming in quantity and quality. Next, the third prize belonged to Green team – Burn out, a team join the competition for fun. Final is Luminous green team – Ét O Ét, promising to win in the next Teambuilding program.
A board of executive always believes that the foundation for sustainable development is not only business efficiency, but also in the development of culture and working atmosphere, creating a special connection between employee and company. The annual company trips are organized to give incentive awards, boots employee morale. In the other hands, it gives an opportunity to make employees and leaders to get closer and understand each other better. We hope that all members had comfortable moments and good memories together to continue their efforts to build Eratech stronger.
