In order to improve the spirit of solidarity and connection between Departments, during the company holiday in June, Eratech organized an interesting beach teambuilding activity at Whale Island resort – Hon Ong Island. Here, the collective activities and attractive games have made all Eratech’s members extremely excited and burnt out
Games are designed in the spirit of coordination, mutual support among members and above all, all Eratech members are able to participate.
From physical activity games like:
Tug of war
Terrestrial boat racing
Terrestrial boat racing
Bag jumping
Giant wheels
And the game requires inference as: Journey to decrypt the secret letter
With the preparation of the organizers, plus the eager spirit, enthusiastic participation of the teams in the company who do not mind the difficulties, the teambuiding program has been successful beyond expectation.
Being able to play freely, laughing and talking at windy Hon Ong Island makes people closer together. On each face of the participants, everyone wants to win but still remember that, ERATECH IS A FAMILY, everyone who wins is well worth it.
